Return Policy for T-Shirts Depot:

Thank you for shopping at T-Shirts Depot! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept returns beyond this period.

2. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tshirtsdepot.com within the 14-day period and submit a help ticket. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

3. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the product. A trackable shipping service is required and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return is recommended.

4. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

5. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at info@tshirtsdepot.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide evidence of the assumed defect, such as clear photographs. Once approved, we will send you the same replacement product free of shipping charges. You may discard the defective product.

6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

8. T-Shirts Depot reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
